Industry Workforce Development Awards

The Industry Workforce Development Awards is an awards program established through the Industry Business Roundtable (IBR) Workforce Development Committee and recognizes owner, contractor, and subcontractor companies for outstanding workforce development programs and initiatives.

The Industry Workforce Development Awards (WFDA) is a collaborative program with the Industry Business Roundtable (IBR), Health and Safety Council (HASC), and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).

Who Can Nominate?

Asset owners may nominate contractors, contractors may also nominate asset owners, and contractors may nominate subcontractors.

Companies may also self-nominate, but you must add a reference.

Please note: A company or individual does not have to be a member of any of the related associations to be nominated.

Our goal is to ensure all deserving companies are recognized.
